My favorite brand is Just Mayo. I usually buy it at Meijer.
1 TB Lime Juice
1 TB White Vinegar
I used rice vinegar.
1 TB Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp. Ground Paprika
1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
Follow the Gardein Fishless Fillet instructions for cooking. You can either fry the vegan fish, or bake them for a healthier alternative.
While the fillets are cooking, use a large bowl to mix together the coleslaw vegetables, mayo, sour cream, cilantro, sugar, lime juice, white vinegar, garlic salt, ground cumin, and ground paprika. Mix until the coleslaw vegetables are thoroughly coated.
Assemble the tacos. Spread a small amount of sour cream across the tortilla so the fillet sticks to the tortilla. Place one fillet on top of the sour cream and add the coleslaw and a couple slices of avocado. Top with your favorite hot sauce and/or slasa verde. You can also sprinkle more cilantro and limes on the top.
